We're currently looking for:
Producers (x 2)
In addition to superior project management skills, our Producers need to be great client-facers and big picture thinkers who are able to articulate the vision for a project and understand it's business requirements. Creativity and/or technical expertise are highly valued too.
- Be the person within the agency who owns the vision for the project.
- Manage client and internal projects. Creation of project plans, operation of production processes and ensuring project milestones are met. Ensure project progress is transparent to all.
- Schedule production resource, including sourcing freelancers (in consultation with relevant departmental head).
- Regularly brief to the departmental heads on project progress, including resource actual against plan, budget actual against plan and review of project scope against PID.
- Be receptive to new ideas and new business opportunities.
- Create excellent, lasting relationships with our clients.

Production Exec
Wanted: bright spark to learn the ropes. You will support the Producers to ensure the success and efficiency of work undertaken by the agency and play a key role in the smooth running of all client and internal projects. Talent and enthusiam for all things digital are more important than experience.
