Our Work

New World Voyager

New World Voyager is a concept for an innovative game based, interactive learning environment for 11-16 year olds. Developed for Channel 4, we worked in partnership with the Centre for Science Education at Sheffield Hallam University - one of Europe's leading producers of innovative curriculum materials.

Pupils embark on a multimedia science mission - to find a new planet to colonise after a disaster threatens to leave the Earth uninhabitable. The mission is broken down into a number of authentic challenges, each with clear National Curriculum learning outcomes. But activities take pupils beyond the science concepts, into the context of the latest space exploration research.

With high quality, realistic graphic environments, and thoroughly motivating challenges similar to a computer game, this is learning science by 'stealth' - more fun than kids would ever expect to have at school.
